With Sellstate Alliance since 2014

When I embarked on my career in Real Estate, I knew I wanted something different from the male-run, corporate world to which I had grown accustomed. Over the past 20-something years, I had always been in the employ of others – doing their bidding and helping their businesses prosper (and their bank accounts grow). It was time for me to work for me – but with support and guidance.

I interviewed as many real estate brokerages, as I could, and found that Sellstate Alliance offered a culture that empowers you to succeed. There is no cut-throat ideology – no corporation asking you to do for them. Rather, SSA offers you all that you need to achieve your own victories – whatever they may be! From training and individualized goal-setting, to marketing materials (and ideas!), fantastic communication and one-on-one support. I have always felt at home, at Sellstate Alliance. With Carrie Lukins, as our fearless leader, I am excited to see what the future holds – and I am excited to be a part of it!

With Sellstate Alliance since 2011

After my first year in real estate, I chose to move my license to Sellstate Alliance Realty and I've been there for over seven years now. It was a wonderful decision as I've been able to grow my business as Sellstate grew.  The support and sharing that takes place among the agents is one of the key reasons I love Sellstate.  I've been able to mentor new agents and serve on the board of advisers.

All of us work hard to make Sellstate a welcoming place where agents can learn and grow to be the best at their profession.

With Sellstate Alliance since 2015

I have been a licensed agent since 2015. I wish I would have done this 20 years ago. I went to college and I have a degree in psychology. I owned a home daycare in order to stay at home with my two children. I have always worked.

My brother passed away in 2012 and I knew I had to help my sister in law with my two nieces. My husband and I were fine financially working for ourselves owning a window and door business. I got my license and have enjoyed learning something new and doing something that I love, and I enjoy working with people who want to move on to the next chapter in life. Whether they buy or sale or both I love helping them with their journey. I enjoy the independence that I have and the ability to keep learning.

Sellstate had been a great place to hang my license as there are so many agents willing to mentor and help you succeed. I order to be a great agent you have to be a great listener and be willing to work. Each deal is a new relationship not a transaction to take for granite. I treat each client how they deserve to be treated and that is like a friend. Caring for their hard-earned money and making sure they are getting the best service and being taken care of.

I love what I do, and I hope to become more successful with each passing year and look forward to the new friendships I get to nurture.

With Sellstate Alliance since 2009

As a Realtor in Colorado Springs for eighteen years, I’ve found there is one overwhelming reason to be at any office---and that reason is the people who work there. At Sellstate Alliance Realty this reason is two-fold, since not only is everyone there professional, but they are also kind, encouraging, and knowledgeable. The willingness to help one another and provide this unique type of support, both on a personal and professional level, is the tool that Sellstate agents use to grow their business to the highest levels of success.
