Dave met his wife in Edwards, Colorado. After getting married in Divide, Colorado, they raised two children. Their family enjoyed camping, fishing, Boy Scouts; snowmobiling and motorcycle racing; and collecting, restoring and showing antique vehicles. The kids are now grown and gone and have given them grandchildren to spend time with. They continue to enjoy the climate and lifestyle the great state of Colorado has provided for them. Dave has extensive knowledge of both residential and rural properties, and has practical experience working with septic systems, wells and subdividing larger properties. As a buyer, seller, investor and owner of rental properties himself, Dave knows what people want and how they like to be treated. He will prove that to you in every step of the process.
